Disappointed
How do you usually split tips for big tables?
The last few days have been a disappointing mess of realization...
first off we had this situation at work between two of our waitresses regarding tip out for a reservation of 30 people. Now looking through the eyes of both of them... yes waitress one did maybe 5-10% more work then waitress two due to scheduling. regardless waitress two was there for the whole serving prosses. when the boss was asked how are we splitting the tip he says figure it out amongst your selves... waitress one proposes waitress two receives 5% of the total tip payout.
Personally, that's an insult to waitress two. In my eyes... at least 60-40 would have been a more appropriate suggestion.
Then the biggest disappointment Is my self for lack of understanding and trust in relationships... and not to mention jealousy.
I also pulled two cards from the oracle deck and we are waiting for a message regarding some kind of deceit... either to watch your self and tread lightly be careful about your motives in making your choices
