China and Russia Are DUMPING the U.S. Dollar! Is the END of the Dollar?

China and Russia are ditching the U.S. dollar. In previous years, they had been discussing this but not actually implementing it. Since the financial crisis, it seems that they are stepping up and actually arranging deals with several countries doing away with the U.S. dollar. This has taken several years and it will take many, many more but the point is very clear. Russia and China want to dump the dollar. But will they accomplish their goal?
