It is not just a saying "Your first million is the hardest". It is very true.

Once you have resources, you are able to snowball a lot easier. You are also able to be in more projects simultaneously and miss fewer oppportunities.

A lot of times it is just luck, being in the right place at the right time. Also sticking what you believe in is a big factor.

You also have to be resolute.
