If it is a shared machine, then that is most likely your problem. One of the sites on that host likely is stealing content or displaying stuff that is illegal and was banned, you are getting sucked into it because of a shared IP.

I would recommend asking your host to change your server/IP and should fix it right away.

I really doubt anyone would block SteemWorld specifically.
