Hello Hivers!
And to Starwars fanatics! Did it give you a little excitement upon seeing the thumbnail of this post? Something's very familiar, right? :D
Any R2-D2 fan out there? I bet all of you know this friendly robot, whether you're a fan of Starwars or not. I can certainly say we all have dreamed of having one R2-D2 robot in our home back on those old days.
So for today, I did my contribution to this community of creating a 3D design of R2-D2. The design might not be as detailed as the original one but looking at the final output, I can say I did great. What do you think?
Below are some of the images of my process in remodeling R2-D2.
I started by creating the top part of the object which is the head I think.
Then next, was the face of R2-D2.
Then the body which is not so complicated but I skipped some details on this part.
Then lastly, the arms/legs of R2-D2 and its 3rd leg in the middle.
Finish output. I hope you like it. :D
