that chap has a really weird perspective. i do see his point of view but there is too much of a blinkered approach to his thinking. absolutism (not sure if that is a word) is a sure way to ensure you miss out on a lot in life ... as i always told my kids... no black and white... everything is shades of gray... and so is it with these artworks. if you allow them to distract you from nature and you get no pleasure at all from the art...then you could perceive it as garbage.. but how many people would fall into that mindset. 98% of people would acknowledge both the art and the nature and take from them what they want {shrug}
