Fully agreed .... and I was sure you would pick that up. I managed just over 1 minute into the track and was severely traumatized.

How is going your running program? :)

Was going well then I played in a bowls tournament in extremely high temperatures which really knocked me. We did a hill run two days after and that sort of broke my body.... legs have still not recovered. So only short jog walks the past week {sulk}
