Do not listen to people who tell you to lower your standards. Lowering your standards to suit other people is NOT a winning recipe. But what you do need to do is understand that their small mindedness, pathetic management skills etc. is a reflection on them...NOT YOU Stay true to who you are and you will come out the otherside whole... the wheel always turns
