i feel good... and i knew that i would now!! cryptomarkets continue to bleed, as does my retirement fund. it is strange to be 70% poorer than you were two weeks ago for no apparent reason except a bunch of strangers can influence your positions in the market
but i do not want to talk about that right now.
this morning we did our regular brisk six kilometer walk on the beach but with a different ending this time... yesterday i purchased a cheap set of swimming goggles which meant when i finished walking i could swim parallel to the beach for a ways.
for the record in my 30's and early 40's i took part in triathlons and part of the training was daily one kilometer swims (monday to thursday( and a three kilometer swim on a sunday evening.
so what a wake up call when i started swimming and after about thirty meters i was taking bellowing big breaths and starting to sink...
somehow my brain believed that two decades of age and at least fifteen years of not swimming meant nothing.... i could get in the water and swim.
perfect conditions for swimming and the water is a great temperature... around 18 degrees celsius
a no value add but the take out of this mornings exercise is i feel great and am intent on swimming daily now. not competitive, no goals just health and feel good stuff.
