Milan to Como

After three days of cold but sunny weather in Milan, we woke up on the fourth day to ice white wonderland. A new experience for us South Africans.

An early start for us today as we are off to Como Del Largo alongside Lake Como and there are busses and trains to catch.

Safely arrived and first thing to do is a selfie for the family back home, in the background a white shrouded lake as the snow continued to fall. We set off on foot to find our Airbnb which was within 800 metres of the station.

Here we are …. accomodation found situated in this narrow alley. We were a few hours early but the host was gracious enough to let us take occupation straight away



Rustic but the central heating was a treat and overall the accomodation was really pleasant

Tomorrow we will set out to explore Lake Como so join me again for some interesting tidbits and hopefully good quality photographs.
