Autumn is such a beautiful time of year. The temperature is mild, no strong south-easterly wind and the north-westerly rain winds have not yet arrived. Our garden is slowing down and going into hibernation.
The smell of damp leaves and rotting vegetation is so 'earthy'...right up there with the smell of freshly baked bread or frying bacon {sorry Vegans}
Under these trees there are a family of Cape Robins ...
Lovely little birds which feed on worms and other small critters.
Being in lock down I have very few photo opportunities... so birds and the moon have seen a lot of action recently {grin}
