A Nature Post - Sort Of

I decided to take myself for a picnic at the local Nature Reserve ... a 3km hike and a simple picnic all on my lonesome. But let me start with a tune which so signifies the nature of this simple Arum Lily which I came across in the reserve.

Now Arum Lily's are bushy , low growing lilies.... like below.

It was a beautiful day and I was mindful of how privileged I was to have the health and freedom to experience the surroundings.

As one can see, the reserve is smack in the middle of the city ...

It is a place I will visit frequently in the future having purchased a season ticket.
