Hi!
My name is Tejveer Singh. I am a 19 year old arts fanatic who resides in the tri-state area of USA. I am mainly an Indian classical musician and am often known by the name of my initiative called The Lost Strings to bring ancient strings to the mainstream of music. However, I delve in all types of art. My art is dynamic as I gain inspiration from my Sikh faith, everyday interactions with beautiful people, and my inner conscious in its pursuit of happiness. Here is a small, original nature poem I wrote based off of a scene captured by yours truly.
His feet are the branches my soul clings onto like a luscious leaf.
He nourishes my existence with sights to see, and feeds me such beautiful thoughts.
Gravity, the wind, the rain test to see if I will ever let go.
The braggarts hit the ground, disconnected... slowly disintegrating.
Only the few are capable of remaining with Him. Only few escape the cycle.
It does not come easy, this life. All I can advise is...
Live life like you are dying... so death no longer hurts.
Live low, so the fall brings no pain.
Live each moment like it is your last.
Cling onto the branch, stick with the truth, and meditate聽
