I did find where the purchase attempt was started by the creativeworkhour account, but doesn't look like the transaction was ever made. I can't see where there was any HBD sent.

This search did reveal an issue that may have been part of the cause that I have fixed, I think. So for the Masters purchase, I would just say try again.

As far as the login issues. I have been doing a BUNCH of development work over the past week and weekend, so if you ran into any issues, it was probably from catching it while some update builds were happening. Other than that, there shouldn't be any reason you can't login because I have asked others and nobody has had any issues logging in recently outside of times that I was actively working.
