It feels good being back in the Keys. Mom and I got busy today and got the house finished setting up. She was worried more about getting the Christmas lights up, but my priority was getting the grass cut and my hammock all set up! Now I feel like I can chill.
The hammock is one of my favorite spots because the view looking straight up is awesome, relaxing, and inspirational. I get to do a lot of thinking in my happy hammock.
Anyway, update on Dad. He got up and WALKED! Super excited considering the original prognosis was not good. Going back up to Miami tomorrow to see him and hopefully get him to rehab. My sister is getting to town tomorrow so yay, I get to deal with the whole hee haw gang, lol. Have to get my ticket back to Oregon at some point so that I can still get a decent price.
Anyway, just wanting to share some pictures of one of my favorite places on the planet!
