Rent and land prices are a joke if not a crime in this country!
Canada has tens of thousands of homeless while the Crown and Corporations hold 99% of the land mass of Canada over 9 million sq km of land.

Crown Land About 90% of the land mass
Agricultural About 6% of the land mass
Corporate and land holding Companies About 3% of the land mass

Leaving about 1% for the People of Canada "If That" and the Banks hold title to 99% of that. There is no need for land prices to be over a lifetime of labor for a postage stamp size piece of land. And certainly no need for tens of thousands of homeless with this much land and resources available.
Great job Canadians after generations of labor you now hold clear title to almost 0% of the land in your country LOL
