Hi Guys!

Another cover song done by Nirvana, called Jesus Doesn't Want Me For A Sunbeam (original was by The Vaselines). I love their unplug version, for MTV, in the 90s.

So for Day 77, I picked this song to try to play on the uke 😊

I gotta say, while I liked the way I played it, I hated my voice, but nothing is new in that 😅

Here is the lyrics!

Jesus, don't want me for a sunbeam
Sunbeams are never made like me

Don't expect me to cry,
For all the reasons you had to die
Don't ever ask your love of me

Don't expect me to cry
Don't expect me to lie
Don't expect me to die for me

Jesus, don't want me for a sunbeam
Sunbeams are never made like me

Don't expect me to cry,
For all the reasons you had to die
Don't ever ask your love of me

Don't expect me to cry
Don't expect me to lie
Don't expect me to die for me

Jesus, don't want me for a sunbeam
Sunbeams are never made like me
Don't expect me to cry,
For all the reasons you had to die
Don't ever ask your love of me

Don't expect me to cry
Don't expect me to lie
Don't expect me to die
Don't expect me to cry
Don't expect me to lie
Don't expect me to die for me
