Strawberry Fields Forever // Metik Stroberi Yuk

Good morning!

Ah strawberry season is coming to an end. Did you get to pick any??

I went to the backyard yesterday, despite all the rain we have been having (for daaaaays I must add!) -too muddy in the backyard, and saw some of our last year's strawberry plants were enjoying the heavy water drops 😅

They have not produced any yet, to our knowledge, for this season. Guess the rain is just too much? I am hopeful they would give us a couple in later months as they did last year, though. Late bloomers. They only started to fruit close to end of Summer last year 😳 Well let's just see.

For now I'd like to share some pictures we took at Beckwith Berries.

So much fun and it was not too hot that day. Sunny but breezy, so it was a very enjoyable berry picking time (I know, strawberry isn't really berry) 😍

I stained my pants 😅 but it was worth it.

They were so mouthwatering, you could definitely take a bite or two to sample them, but too bad whenever there was a customer car was approaching, it kind of blew so much dust like crazy, so eat at your own precautions 😂

Pernah ke kebun buah stroberi dan ikutan memanen? Seru yah 😍

Di kebun belakang, kami juga bertanam stroberi, tapi seperti tahun lalu, mereka agak lambat berbuahnya. Disini sudah mulai akhir musim stroberi dan stroberiku malah belum berbuah 🤣 Tahun lalu juga begitu, berbuahnya lambaaaaat banget. Tapi ga apa2, disaat orang lain dah ga panen, kita bisa pamer buah kita biar pada tergiur 🤣

Tempo hari kami ke kebun orang, yang memang petani buah stroberi. Kegiatan yang seru untuk keluarga kalau cuaca pas enak. Disamping memetik dan membeli, bisa incip2 dan foto2 😎
