Just Me & My Ukulele - Here Comes Santa Claus by Gene Autry
Woo-hoo TGIF Friends!
My body is sore. I shoveled tons of snow yesterday, early morn, after dropping off kids at school, afternoon, throughout the day, tons of shoveling. Winter is beautiful if only I can hibernate 🤣
My neighbor could not get her daughter (she is in the same kinder class as my youngest) yesterday afternoon, so sge came home with us, and when I walked her cross from my drive way to her house, we both slipped at her pathway. While I could balanced myself, little girl fell, and she pulled me down 😅 Their pathway was thick with snow and we could not see icy road underneath.
So yep, SORE body 🤣
Anyhoo.
Today's song....is not complete! I realized just now as am typing this. I was checking to copy paste lyrics from Google, apparently the music site where I got the chords from, does not have the full song and I followed what I found, so if you are familiar with the song, you'd know.
This happens often with music sites, some songs are not complete and if I am not too familiar with the songs, I won't know, and will think that is it, until time to copy paste lyrics 🤣✌✌🤣
Here comes Santa Claus, here comes Santa Claus right down Santa Claus Lane
Vixen and Blitzen and all his reindeer pullin' on the reins
Bells are ringin', children singin', all is merry and bright
So hang your stockings and say your prayers 'cause Santa Claus comes tonight
Here comes Santa Claus, here comes Santa Claus right down Santa Claus Lane
He's got a bag that's filled with toys for boys and girls again
Hear those sleigh bells jingle jangle, oh what a beautiful sight
So jump in bed, and cover your head, 'cause Santa Claus comes tonight
Here comes Santa Claus, here comes Santa Claus right down Santa Claus Lane
He'll come around when chimes ring out, it's Christmas time again
Peace on earth will come to all, if we just follow the light
So let's give thanks to the Lord above 'cause Santa Claus comes tonight
Here comes Santa Claus, here comes Santa Claus right down Santa Claus Lane
Vixen and Blitzen and all his reindeer pullin' on the reins
Bells are ringin', children singin', all is merry and bright
So jump in bed, and cover your head, 'cause Santa Claus comes tonight
Peace on earth will come to all, if we just follow the light
