Well...babIES.

They are different one to another and obviously, they are more than one. 10 in total, in fact, just like shown on the picture 😁

Hi Guys!

Come meet the other crazier side of me, a different kind of crazy cat lady 😜

I do not remember exactly when I first fell in love with them. I saw one if not two, or maybe more, now and then (online), some years ago. Did not really click in my head, that I should have gotten them back then. Soooo stoooopppeeeedd 😅

Fast forward to a couple of months ago, I bumped to two of them, again, online, and BOOM, my brain just right away melted and I could not sleep soundly ever since. Like, seriously. I would just Googled everywhere for them.

Which then I learned they have been discontinued, just in 2013. WHAT???!!!!! 😫

So....since I fell hard this time. Almost daily I checked out thrift stores 🤣

Because you know why?

So many (sorry not sorry) greedy people trying to make extra cash by selling these babies starting from their original price (back then apparently around $20ish, I found too many various infos, so IDK which info is precise - you'll see), even without the boxes and whatnot, to hundreds of Dollars (with or without the box), and advertising them as vintage, like a damn fine wine 😁

But at thrift stores? They are only $3 !!!!

And some sellers that I missed the ads, even sold them at less than $2 when you buy a bunch. Why, oh why did I miss these sellers 😭

Each time I contacted a seller online, see if they'd be willing to lower the crazy price tag, they would say "they got it at $25, $30, $35" and so on, you get the idea. They would also say "go check ebay, they are sold for blahblahblah" (sure, sure, no one is really buying tho 🤣). I mean, come on, unless you are hardcore, got million dollars laying around, who would easily spend $$$ for figurines, right? 🤯😜🤯😜 - but also, since I noticed many ads been there for quite a bit, still no bite.

But of course, cannot really blame them for trying, right?

I want to bring all these babies home with me, love them, care for them, and admire them much. Don't want them for cash, don't want to separate them from their twins, triplets, quadruplets, etc, etc (there are 300 of them, I won't know what the term is after quadruplets 😜). I just want to give them their forever home, you know, because I love them much ❤❤❤❤

Anyhoo.....I befriended thrift stores from then on 🤣

I may be crazy, but yeah, not spending hard earned $ for one, let alone if I would like to find the whole 300 fairies in the series 🤣

Hmmm...maybe when Steem to the moon?

But yeah, for now, I have 10 of them, thanks to thrift store and also my Santa 😍 Too bad even when told no, my Santa still got me them fairies from hefty price tag seller 😅 Santa is not cheap as me 🤣

These are from Series 1 - Introduction Series. There are 12 of them on Series 1, and so far, I found 2 of them 😊

From Series 3, also 7 fairies in total, and I have 2 so far.

Santa got these two online, they came broken :( Wings and hairs needed to be glued here and there. Unfortunately, even though they were insured, apparently when it's porcelain and the like, the post office cannot do nothing. Boo-hoo.
