I would suggest first of all trying to clear cache if you did not try before.
Second is to try to update it or mobile data instead of wifi (make the connection metered so it does not take a lot)
Third is to uninstall reinstall. That's all I can think of concerning this issue you can also contact support if none of them worked.
I will assume that you have a decent amount of space free since it is 1T but if you do not try to delete some stuff as well
