In the last blog, we saw that Arthur returned to the camp. He saw Micah and Dutch wrapping up the place to move out, but before it, a big heated drama erupted between Arthur and Micah. This is the final mission and chapter for Arthur Morgan in RDR 2, let's see how it goes.
Micah feels uneasy about Arthur's coming back to the camp. He thought that Pinkertons might have held him as hostage.
Arthur is sure as hell angry over Micah for lying with the gang. He says that Jack and Abigail are both safe and away from this chaos.
The only sorrow left in his heart is not being able to save John.
But Arthur is very clear about his thoughts. He tells Dutch that Micah colluded with Pinkertons to fail this train loot plan and to get Arthur and John caught.
Micah tries his best to win Dutch through his clever arguments and his friends also raise their rifles to kill Arthur.
Dutch takes his time to analyze. But with his earlier stance, It is clear that he will side with Micah.
However, the silence of Dutch leads to more escalation as both Arthur and Micah are ready to put bullets in each other.
But from the mist, a figure appears. Holding his left arm, the posture looks similar to Arthur's.
As the man raises his head, Arthur is amazed as he sees his brother John alive. John tells Arthur that both Micah and Dutch left him on track to get caught by the Pinkertons.
Arthur holds his triggers to know why Dutch did not help John when he was in a position to help him out easily. This makes Arthur suspicious of the Dutch as well.
The gang forms up on both sides as at every moment it is getting clear who fabricated this plan and who is the rat here.
Aunt grabs a rifle and sides with Arthur to help him in a potential gunfight.
But the rat Micah shoots her in the chest to take her down. The silence of Dutch is quite evident here that Dutch will not stop Micah and this rat is going to tear apart this gang.
Dutch points his gun on both sides and tries to intervene and calm this situation. As a player, this also left me in haste that despite Arthur's loyalty, Dutch is not siding with him at any point.
Aunt dies on the spot. John is the only person left at the camp who knows the truth and he slowly comes behind Arthur. John is in no position to help Arthur by gun.
As the tension grows, Dutch tries his best to calm both sections down and listens to what Arthur has to say about Micah, Arthur also warns that siding with Micah will only going to harm people.
Dutch takes a neutral stance over this entire heated argument. He just wants to pack his things up and get away from this place as the sheriff may be on his way with his battalion.
It's quite interesting to note here that by the end of this argument, Dutch seems to be standing with Micah and pointing a gun at both John and Arthur. It seems clear that he is unable to trust them as Micah brainwashed him from the start of this train loot mission.
Arthur is all set to fire as he now knows who belongs to which section.
Micah continues lying about John and Arthur and wins Dutch completely. He tells Dutch to take money and get away as John and Arthur both are going to die soon anyway.
Arthur knows that he will not be able to keep up with this any longer and safeguarding John is the last attempt that he can make in this life.
