This part is not clear yet. I have staked WIT and I can get own curation reward in WIT for curation. That's fine.

However, @cccf is not getting WIT reward for curation by its own since it does not have any stake by itself or any delegated stake (https://he.dtools.dev/richlist/WIT) unless WIT are awarded to @cccf for incentive.

It is a big task for @cccf fund to generate double the CCC reward, and kudos to them. I have noticed @cccf has its own 640K CCC staked (https://he.dtools.dev/richlist/CCC) other than 1.55M CCC delegated stake. Some of the CCC reward may come from that @cccf's own stake which makes sense.
