Writing a wiki page is not something for me. Many of you out there, might feel the same way for various reasons. A game like Rising Star has a lot going on and more added all of the time.

This might end up being an ongoing project and something someone might like to take up. After a first draft of the game was established.

The time it is going to take I think is what deters most people from doing those pages. There is always something else can be added and adding links for everything would absolutely wreck my head.

It does have to be a big job though and everyone or anyone who would like to join in can. Let's make the wiki page a community effort.

A great community has grown up around the game. Having them all work together on a common project for the game. Seems like post advertisements and a place people can go to find answers.

Over the course of a year. 52 advertisements on different things about the game could be posted in a year. Some of the advertisement would become the wiki.

Each weekly advertisement can me done by a multitude of people and not be restricted to any genre.

How do we do this?

The same way things like this have always been done, Working together.

Where to start on the page I am not sure.

Where to start with the info gathering I am sure of. Those who know most about the game. Those who play it. Let them explain it the way they understand from playing the game.

This might need to be run in various language for best effect. Or a few people that will do translations. Running consecutively in different languages I like best.

We host contests.
A contest each week to write about one part of the game. This can be statistics, gameplays, about music. You get the idea each part of the game can be wrote about.

From the posts made. The best is selected and transferred to the wiki page.

This would work well with rewards behind the posts. Maybe an Official Rising Star Fan club card. (Fan of the game card). This would be unique maybe to those whose posts got used, or a second card for those who had their text used.

There are some cards I would be willing to part with for the progression of this project and I am open to discussion about that.

Maybe this is something that could be talked about in the server. What people would like to see there and what should be there.
