Holy week ๐Ÿ“• just came by and it was one of the most celebrated occasion in the Philippines. It's a holiday here on those days making those who work outside their hometown to go back home. In my case, I went back to Oslob, Cebu where my family is. ๐Ÿ’•

I attended the Via Crucis or the Stations of the Cross in our place. This has been a tradition everywhere in the Philippines every holy week. It stopped for a while because of the pandemic. but finally resumed now that restrictions was already lightened. It was better and more interactive before because in every station, people are the ones that portray the said scenario. Every barangay will present, but because Covid ๐Ÿ‘พ is still present, they made each stations some tarpaulin to replace that. But this won't stop the devotion and tradition of Catholics here in PH to do Via Crucis.

It's a walk going uphill. At the top of the hill lies an amazing view of the town overlooking. Even though it was an exhausting trip going up, but it's a sacrifice we're willing to endure for Him โค.
