Snax is a decentralised platform with the ability to link your social media accounts, including Steemit and make posts which if you create the quality content, you get rewarded more. This means you do not have to leave your favourite platforms but continuing what you already do will get you Snax tokens for your hard work.
Right now when you use the Snax wallet extension on google chrome, setup your wallet and then link your Steemit account at https://snax.one/ then make the Steemit post asking to be linked (like the site will tell you to do) you will get setup with a Snax account linked with your Steemit account and the rewards will be sent out sometime within the next half a day or day, which you can see below how many I got.
They have been getting through their roadmap quite nicely with the next step being, regular reward for Steem publishers. So soon, we can start earning more Snax tokens and build them right up to hopefully all benefit additionally, from a little extra work.
A part of this post is from the incentive to promote the platform in the Snax Bounty Program, ending in 2 - 3 days (I live in Australia so it depends on which timezone). You make a post of a certain length and put in the tag for the bounty program, which gives both the exposure for a pretty solid platform so far and our own incentive of more Snax tokens and the possibility of people joining and contributing towards the growth of Snax.
I feel it is worth at least signing up and claiming the bounty, then when you get publisher rewards for steemit posts, give it a chance and see where it ends up. No doubt it is what I will do due to the massive potential it has to become a huge social media platform, possibly providing easy access across platforms for users to browse.
