When you hear that PS1 startup sound and see the logo, it lives in my brain to this day.
There were so many amazing titles to play, except when I broke 1 wrist and fractured the other and I had to wait a few months to play again when they had healed enough.

I would have to look through the list of games, to share some of what I played but there were a lot!

Not Doom for me as I had that on other early consoles, but a PS1 will be my self Christmas gift for this year, with some games maybe 3 or 4 solid titles.

It was such a big shift from the SNES
