I think thats the biggest problem of all is that people never stop and just look around them at what actually is going on, because everyone is to busy listening to a silent voice in their heads telling them that the whole world is judging their every move so they stay completely focused on them selves.
Stop trying to look good in the eyes of others and just be yourself.
Also sometimes just stop and look around at what is really happening!!!
