Since none have touched 2021 ATH’s besides Bitcoin & Monero, it’s pretty easy research.

ETH & Solona technically did by under 2% (basic just touching same level 4 years later) which means inflation adjusted it missed by a lot. Only Bitcoin beat its 2021 high by 80% well above inflation rate. Monero briefly spiked to $800 beating its 2017 & 2021 $500 high. None of the others on top 1000 touched anywhere close to previous All Time High from 2021. Alt season is dead. Beyond dead.
