The show jumped the shark after the original planned story (seasons 1-5). It was an insult how little writers for seasons 7 & 10-15 had even looked at the original seasons to keep lore intact. They made a joke out of keeping things locked in and consistent. The mighty Micheal of season 5, we see a meme cringe level of power in season 15. Gabriel captured ? In season 13 or 14? Weak and almost no power, they show horned in they could loose grace to become weak just to make it fit after fact. Supernatural is the prime example of a great story seasons 1-5, & a total jump the shark fell from grace the final years.
