Seasons 1-5 was the only good story. Season 7 fell to ridiculous levels with blobby B movie creatures that only Bleach could harm. It got so bad. The jump the shark moment was making God himself the big bad the final season. It just got peak cringe. Writers in later seasons didn’t reference the lore of the first seasons and many characters that were written to be ultra powerful on early seasons became almost memes of themselves, I’m thinking Micheal in the last few seasons and just how much a letdown the battle was when Dean finally let Micheal in (alt universe version) and had that battle with the devil. It was a shell of what the original story made it up to be seasons 4 & 5. The show lost its charm and everything else post season 5. & don’t let me get started on the total disrespect & waste the way Bobby died! Just insulting to fans to have it matter so little, just to get shot randomly.
