Good afternoon, just wanted to make sure you understood why so many accounts cancel your long term leases. When something is locked in for a year or more, say at 7.9% , it you offer to pay 8.4% for example the next day, people will just keep canceling the lower one and fill the new higher one. This is not worth it if it’s a 12 week or so lease because of the 5 day cool off period, but when it’s 100 weeks or 70 weeks it makes total sense to fill a higher paying one and cancel the one filled days prior. You are usually only account offering small number 100 week or year leases so this is why it’s mostly happening to you. When it’s shorter term it’s worth just holding.
Just saw some accounts in discord mentioning this and how since it’s long term it makes total sense to just drop the less one for the higher one. I don’t know if u care but thought you should be aware. Literally this is a topic in a discord right now because they keep seeing you offer more so they cancel. If you ever wanna just do one big lease I’d be interested and I would agree to not cancel as long as the APR was fair. Just a thought. Either way I thought you should know why this keeps happening.
