And this feature is something which should accelerate other peoples work. And since this thing is on the base layer I assume token creation and handling will be cheaper as we don't have to pay for HiveEngine fees. But I don't know what resources do we need for the operations.

Does this PR mean that SMT feature is now complete or is there still work to finish it?
