I haven’t posted very much lately for a variety of reasons, but I have been lurkin’ and upvotin’, so I figured it was time to show some fresh shiny.
I got this 2oz Smilodon Sabre Tooth Cat (1st issue of the Ice-Age Bullion Series) last week at VBCE — Vancouver’s excellent bullion and currency exchange. I’m not sure of the mint number for these, but it was a great deal: $1.20 less than the cost of 2 Maples! Now maybe these won’t be as readily exchangeable in the future, who knows? At any rate they pack a solid wallop and feel good in the hand. Here it is with an SML for width comparison.
What do you think of this offering from the RCM? …it’s certainly better than chicken-monkey-cat from a few years ago 😜🤣
I was able to buy only two the day I went, ‘cause I had a serious jones on for some more SMLs. Happy days when another 14ozs roll in (and a free tube as well! — yippee!).
Keep on stacking frens: cheap silver is getting bought up, used up and burned out. Get it while you can.
