Give Peace (dollars) A Chance

Hi friends!

Well after reading about the precious token airdrop — spearheaded by the notable efforts of @buggedout — I figured it was time to lay down another silver track. However, it has been a minute since I last bought any new shiny, and so, it was time to bust out some oldies (espesh since D510 just showed off that crisp Walking Liberty in the last day or so). As well, I find it somewhat hilarious that the leading contender for the Presidential race down south (even beating out the evil Cheeto 😜) is getting all kinds of flack and derision from his own party — for the crime of making any sense at all! O, ah ha ha ha! The only thing sleezier and slimier than the Republican Party is the new age DNC…

But I digress.

Have a gander at some sweet shiny from back in the day when the good ol’ USA was still, well, the good ol’ USA.

Now certainly Peace is bad for the bottom line when your chief export is weapons of war and propaganda, and so it’s unlikely we’ll see it anytime soon. But we can ogle some silver dollars and reminisce about simpler and more wholesome times. You know, then there was actual money in currency, and when there was actual political capital in decency. Somebody back then must have had a vision to produce these gorgeous Peace Dollars:

…but what do I know? Aside from stackin’, mackin’ and joke crackin’ I could probably be replaced by a robot and very few would even notice.

And so, it’s back to what I know best: right foot, left foot and stack more ounces! Every little thing, gonna’ be alright.
