Now this is something interesting, when I first got it, the coin was really dirty covered in some kind of black soot and it took me quite some time to clean it to really discover that this is a gold coin or what the arab would call a gold dinar. You can see that there is a little ring on top of the coin which probably is used to secure the coin which tells you about the high value of the coin.
