We ran this with 6 groups of 10 year olds in class week. Went down pretty well with them all, and a great intro for them into co-op games, planning and talking.

Yep, there's some games though that just work well with two better, and other you just play with and make work :) And not everyone has space, time or money for a huge collection! I really like games that

I really like 7 wonders duel for two players. It has a similar sort of feel, but you draft out of a tableau of cards rather than passing hands. Works very well, and probably one of my favourite middle-weight

800+ games and counting. I play and work there, more work than play, but I run social game nights as well, so get to play in house :)

Completely agree... in our local games cafe (which I work at part time) there's such a wide range of ages and demographics and games played.

Definitely best with 5 players, if you ask me. 4 is okay, and 6 isn't bad, but slows down a bit.
