Dr. Sharanda sounds like she was a huge help in your career and growth. You're lucky to have met her and that she took you in and mentored you. Most importantly, she got you out of the spot where you were feeling stagnant and helped you blossom in your career. I've had a few people like that in my life as well and I am still very grateful to them.
