Living off of healthy food is an advantage, and I try to do so as much as possible. Chemicals aren't good for us, yet they're in all prepared foods in the big city.

Living out in the country I don't mind, but having an outdoor bathroom I will pass on. I spent enough time in the military dealing with that crap. Those are beautiful pictures, and you could build an agricultural empire in a place like that. It's hard work and you're at the mercy of the weather and the government sadly.
