You don't need the stress... Some jobs you can make a good living but doing so really is hard on your health and blood pressure. She may need money and use that as an excuse for her bad behavior, but one thing she doesn't seem to understand is one simple principle. You don't kill the golden goose... If you don't keep an important employee happy and treat them poorly they will not stay and put up with stressful work environment. I think you are making the right move, less stress for you and you can take what you learned onto a better job!
