Degeneration of the human society to some of it's all time lows, and the loss of empathy is what's strikingly terrifying. This could produce a generation of people who are so unfeeling that it's scary. Social media may have created some good in the world, but it's feeling more and more like a curse. People all walk around with a smart phone in their hand 24/7, kids don't get enough sleep because they're up all night on social media on their phones. Now we have this garbage...

The world has always been an unfair and rather tough place to live. It may be getting much worse if these trends continue.
