I couldn't agree more, the DHF has become a cancer on the chain and is massively mismanaged. There is still no requirement of receipts and proof of progress, no proof of ROI, and no proof that the funds aren't just being embezzled. There are some great projects that use the funds, but overall the debt is mounting and Hive price is suffering. Too many people have been living off of the DHF funds and doing little to no work that they promise in the proposal. Like I've said in the past, funds should only be paid out when certain benchmarks are achieved and proof where and how the money is spent. Otherwise Hive will die...
