Wow, what gorgeous pictures! I've always have heard that Shanghai is a great place to visit. The architecture you found was great, it really looks like a fusion of the old and the new. And only 4.5 hours to get there by train is amazing. Here in the US the high speed trains just never caught on very well as the air industry really started here. I know California has been trying to build some high speed train lines but it has gone insanely overbudget. Welcome to California....
