It was a grueling clash and it appeared to be going in the orcs' favor for a long time, until finally the armored riders of the southern tribes arrived and turned the tide decisively in favor of mankind.

I need to know more about this battle, haha! I love a good longform battle. If you've never read any of Terry Goodkinds 'Sword of Truth' series novels, check them out. He has some absolutely brilliant fantasy battle storytelling!

Thanks for the run down and for the map. I have more questions about the Black Forest and some of the 'happenings' going on over on the dark continent, but I will wait to see more revealed! 😉
