Every time my friend Jimmy comes home from Australia, my liver gets a hammering. This time is no exception, so after a few late drinks, I made sure I would sleep well by walking the 3km home.
When herself came home from work we did some light gardening at her dads house before doing our usual 5km on the greenway.
No intense workout for me today; it鈥檚 not the day for that kind of load on the body 馃槀
