Approved Bug Report not automatically published on Github

Expected behavior

A few days ago I submitted a bug report for @jedigeiss DACH-Support-Bot.

The "bug hunting rules" on Utopian.io state the following about creating issues on GitHub:

After reading this and following all the bug hunting rules, I expected that, after the approvement, an issue would be automatically created under: https://github.com/jedigeiss/dach-support/issues. Therefore I didn't manually create an issue.

Actual behavior

The bug report was approved - however there was no issue published on GitHub as you can check here: https://github.com/jedigeiss/dach-support/issues

How to reproduce

Submit a bug report following the bug hunting rules on Utopian.

• Browser: Safari (Version 11.0.3 (13604.5.6)
• Operating system: Mac OsX 10.13.3

Recording Of The Bug

As you can see, the bug report was approved, but there was never an issue created in the right GitHub repository.
