Good day readers everywhere. Something happened today, the date for resumption in my school was postponed for one reason.
A few days ago, students took to social media to show their distaste in the 'acts of cruelty' displaced by my school's management.
Some weeks ago, the management released information stating that all students should go home for the break, including students doing SIWES & SWEP. Some students decided not to go home, as is the norm in a typical public university in Nigeria. However, the school was serious about this due to their proposed renovations and fumigation, but still certain students did not go home.
Like 5 or 8 students were arrested and locked in prison and arraigned before a court of law and bail was set.
Someone would think that this would scare other students into running home, but nope, they decided to stay and delayed the renovations and fumigations.
The short of this is that the school has postponed resumption by a month and a lot of plans have been scattered! I mean, i'm meant to finish by January and do some things with my life, but now man has to wait.
