Indeed an excellent oportunity for d.tube I think. And an excellent aim of youtube of shooting themselves in the foot... I have been irritated more and more by youtube's behaviour trying to control all

No problem. The platform has serious problems with the interface ; you don't get flags for replies anymore so it is difficult to catch ... too bad people only worry about the new posts where they can make

Hi @indigoocean ! Thanks for the comment. I think few people understand how much change is coming really. We have just seen the start but several trends are going exponential which will radically change

Hi @Surfyogi! Thanks! really appreciate the encouragement. Rather than the economic aspect, I kinda disengaged because the comments seemed to die down, the interaction with great people was what attracted

Check out Mr Money Moustache, he explains the (rather simple) math behind "retiring early"

Indeed. A question that is very useful is to ask yourself "What is the risk of staying the same or not changing?" All too often we are too afraid of the unknown while it is clear that the trajectory

Good one ! I like the "What most people want, when they speak of the future, is essentially the present extended into eternity." we all suffer from a kind of illusion where change happened slow

Hi @supermama thanks for responding, steemit.com seems a bit abondoned and broken (don't get any flags about replies!) It is a question that is fair to ask I think. I would ask "Do we still need the

De zekerheden van weleer lijken mij meer en meer ondermijnd te worden. Je kan je leven niet meer bouwen op aannames die gaan stoppen te werken. Bv pensioen; eer ik er aan toekom, 37 jaar voor de huidige

I do hope there is some fresh initiative from Steemit Inc., but the lack of communication about the real concerns of the users doesn't seem to indicate that is where their focus lies... I have great hope
