Hi guys it's another day in the comedy open mic community, today I will be discussing briefly about the elections going on presently in my own country Nigeria. Election we all have been shouting for some days now and has caused lots of havoc in the economic system. Today is the day to speak out on what the nation's will be for another four years of a ruling party.
Election started this morning very early and there was lots of polling units which were fixed by some thugs and now elections that was suppose to be free and fair has not become election which people choose their own party and they compel the voter to vote for a special candidate.
I was so shocked this afternoon going through the internet and seeing the way people that were suppose to cast their votes were been beaten mercilessly because they didn't vote for a specific candidate which the so called ruling party in each polling center. I burst into laughter and said, thank God I didn't waste my time going out to vote. Imagine a situation where to get beaten to vote for someone who will later be able to overpower you for 4years and yet you still don't want people to vote wisely.
Again I saw a clip this afternoon where thugs came to polling centers with guns to threaten people that came to cast votes.. what kind of government setting are will into馃し馃し. I have been laughing alone for sometime since I saw different clips of events happening over different states and different polling units. The military will surely get enough hoodlums to take with them to their guard room today that's very sure because lots people are ready to risk their life's for those that will never remember you when they get to this post..
My hope is for the best man that will make everyone smile get to that seat. No matter the problem faced, surely one person will win according to a friends speech. So let's seat back and enjoy the election process. Peace out鉁岋笍鉁岋笍鉁岋笍馃槣
