I think it's hard for the strikers in Thomas Tuchel's teams. His approach is very much one of nullifying their opponents which in itself is akin to prioritising players defending rather than attacking - He's dependant upon individual flair and brilliance in most cases to turn draws into wins. I agree that he's correct in wanting his strikers to contribute more (a lot's been said about Werner's output) but whilst tactically, his focus is where it is, it'll be difficult for the more attacking players to express themselves.
